1. Once the Order is placed, if you want to cancel it then you need to Inform us through Email within 2 Hours of the Ordered Time. Orders cannot be Cancelled if we receive any Email after 2 Hours because by this time it would be gone for the production.
2. If the stocks are not available for the placed Product, then we will intimate you through Email or Whatsapp by giving an option to Choose an alternate available product or to get a refund for the unavailable product.
3. As we are using 3rd Party Courier Service Providers, we cannot take responsibility for the delay in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances. We can take responsibility to despatch the items within 48 to 96 hours.
4. If you receive the Parcel in Opened Condition, KINDLY DONT ACCEPT IT FROM THE COURIER PERSON & kindly intimate us immediately through Email or WhatsApp. If you intimate us after Receiving the Parcel in Opened Condition, then we cannot take this issue with the Courier Company and we cannot do anything about this.
5. You should send us the Video & Photos Proof if you receive the Products in a damaged condition for the replacement.
6. Refunds would be initiated within 48 to 96 hours once it is eligible for the refund & you will receive the amount in the mode you had paid through our Payment Gateway Partners. (Normally it would take 7 to 15 Working days to reflect in your account).
